Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a front desk attendant for the Regency Club Lounge to manage guest registration, answer inquiries and promote hotel services. This role offers high visibility and direct impact on guest experiences in a refined lounge setting.

You will handle payments, support smooth check-in and check-out, and collaborate with hotel teams to anticipate guest needs. Strong English, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with hotel PMS systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera/Opera Cloud).
• Work or internship experience in hotel front office or concierge, preferably in an international hotel.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for guest registration and check-in.
• Communicate hotel services and promotions in Regency Club Lounge.
• Process payment forms and handle transactions.
