The Sheraton Park City is seeking a Club Attendant to welcome Club-level guests with personalized service, manage lounge operations, and coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs.

In this role, you will greet guests, provide concierge-style reservations and local recommendations, oversee food and beverage service, maintain lounge presentation and cleanliness, and uphold brand standards while ensuring guest privacy and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in hotel lounge, concierge, or guest services role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; polished, professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Club guests on arrival and verify access privileges.
• Provide concierge-style services: reservations, directions, local recommendations.
• Serve and oversee Club lounge food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Security, and Maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest check-ins/outs and billing for incidental charges.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and complaints.
• Track, order, and control lounge supplies and inventory; report shortages.
• Uphold confidentiality of guest information; participate in training and events.
