Job summary

Sheraton is seeking a customer-focused Club Lounge Attendant to serve and maintain food and beverage items for guests in a friendly, professional manner. This role involves setting up the lounge for AM/PM shifts, greeting guests, stocking supplies, and keeping the area clean and organized to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Two years experience as food server in full service restaurant is preferred. Customer service experience required.
• Must be minimum age to serve alcohol for PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up Club Lounge for AM/PM shift.
• Greet all guests and ensure access is allowed.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and stock; polish glassware and serve food attractively.
• Support cruise tasks; assist guests and report safety hazards.
