Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver personalized service in its exclusive lounge. You will prepare and present food and beverages, welcome guests, monitor service areas, and maintain a clean, inviting environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and detail-oriented, with hospitality passion. You will anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and uphold brand standards and guest experience expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for an upscale hotel environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented operation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
• Ability to remain composed, courteous, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet applicable requirements for alcohol service if alcoholic beverages are served.

• Prepare, set up, replenish, and maintain food and beverage displays during service periods.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, presentation, and availability throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge before, during, and after service.
• Follow hotel policies, departmental procedures, and brand standards.
