Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles at Beaver Creek Club, offering opportunities across FM/Hospitality teams. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available, for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Housing is not provided.

Roles require flexibility for mornings, weekends, and holidays, with strong emphasis on guest service and teamwork. Be part of a premier mountain experience with employee perks including free passes, ski lessons for you and your guests,

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain attractive, clean, and fully stocked breakfast presentation during service hours.
• Greet members and guests by name and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and refresh coffee, tea, juices, and other beverages.
• Monitor buffet quality and safety; ensure club standards.
• Set up, break down, and reset dining and lounge areas for breakfast and events.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of member-facing areas.
• Communicate member preferences and needs to management.
• Assist with basic food preparation, plating, and garnishing as directed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain an attractive, clean, and fully stocked breakfast presentation throughout service hours.
• Greet members and guests by name whenever possible and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and refresh coffee, tea, juices, and other beverage stations throughout the morning.
• Monitor buffet quality, freshness, and temperature to ensure food safety and club standards are maintained.
• Set up, break down, and reset dining and lounge areas for breakfast service and upcoming club activities.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all member-facing areas.
• Communicate member preferences, special requests, and service concerns to the management team.
• Assist with basic food preparation, plating, and garnishing as directed by the culinary team.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Opportunity to support special member events, holiday breakfasts, and club functions as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and notify management of low stock levels.
• Ensure all front-of-house areas, including dining rooms, beverage stations, and patios, are clean, organized, and member-ready at all times.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, housekeeping, and club operations teams to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends and holidays–required.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment – required.
• Must be willing to assist in other areas of the Club as needed – required.
• Must be able to stand on feet and be moving for extended periods of time – required.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. – required.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
