Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 in Colorado for roles including cooks, drivers, instructors, and more. Seasonal positions offer competitive starting wages, housing options, and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous service
• Answer phones and radio with staff to maintain dining area operations
• Work on the floor or in the kitchen as needed to ensure smooth operation
• Assist in ongoing staff training and provide feedback
• Enforce health and safety regulations for restaurant, employees, and guests
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through maintenance programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Attendto all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Answers phones and radio working directly with other personnel tomaintainthe dining areas, including set up and busing of tables as needed
• Work on the floor or in the kitchen, wherever needed, to ensure smooth operation
• Assistsin the ongoing training of staff and provides any necessary feedback
• Enforce andcomply withall applicable regulationspertaining tohealth and safety requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through inspection and adherence to preventative maintenance programs
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalentrequired
• Previousrestaurant, supervisory or guest service experiencerequired
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

The expected pay range is$21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
