Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking Front Desk staff for Horizon Pass Lodge in Beaver Creek - Bachelor Gulch. You greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure a memorable stay while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Hospitality experience and a valid US driver’s license are preferred, along with professional appearance and strong communication. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, with housing available and extensive employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Open front desk and lobby each morning, review arrivals and departures, update housekeeping report.
• Check guests in and out, conduct pre-arrival communications, and follow up with guests after arrival.
• Conduct daily inspections of managed condominium units, logging inspection dates and reporting issues found.
• Provide assistance to homeowners and guests in person and on the phone.
• Newspaper and package delivery.
• Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
• On-site parking and housing availability.
