Job summary

Vail Resorts in the Denver area is hiring Guest Services Attendants for the winter season 2026/2027. You will support the Club Manager and staff to deliver exceptional member/guest service in a private club setting. Starting wage is $22.00/hr - $26.88/hr with winter seasonal employment for 2026/2027.

Full-time hours available. A four-year Bachelor's degree is required; private club and guest service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year College Degree (Bachelors Degree) required.
• Private Club experience preferred/guest service experience necessary.
• RPOS and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Club Manager and staff to oversee all Club operations and ensure top-tier member/guest service.
• Know and enforce Rules and Regulations as detailed in membership documents.
• Coordinate member/guest use of facilities, track expenditures, and book reservations.
• Prep morning and afternoon bar service; alcohol/tips training provided.
• Maintain clean facilities through regular housekeeping duties.

Our Guest Service Attendants assist the Club Manager and other supporting staff in overseeing all aspects of the Club operations to ensure the absolute highest level of member/guest service. They must be enthusiastic about guest service for high-end clientele. They must thrive in a team-oriented work environment, and be willing to do whatever it takes to help the team provide the membership with exceptional service.

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
