Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to warmly welcome guests, offer personalized recommendations, and help with reservations and local arrangements. You’ll be the friendly point of contact, enhancing stays with attention to detail and local expertise.

Evening shifts required, with potential schedule variations across the hospitality portfolio. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and supports a culture of excellence, with opportunities to advance into concierge or guest services

Job description

Club Lounge Attendant

As a Club Lounge Attendant, you’ll serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations, arranging reservations, and assisting with special requests. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and local expertise. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality.

Schedule: Evenings - 4:00pm-10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the knowledgeable and friendly guide for our hotel guests, helping them make the most of their stay by providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Your daily tasks will include offering information on local attractions, making reservations, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager.
• A career as a Club Lounge Attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as concierge supervisor, guest services manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience
