Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and assist guests. The role supports a polished environment and first impressions for guests at our Lexington property.

The position is part-time with a pay rate of $15 per hour, and the team offers opportunities across the hospitality portfolio, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Be the first impression of our hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our lobby.
• Keep the lobby clean and organized and assist guests as needed.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment for all guests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and organizing public areas, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the lobby and surrounding spaces consistently reflect our high standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and enjoy creating positive first impressions. PT - $15/hr

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the first impression of our hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our beautifully maintained lobby.
• Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, keeping the lobby clean and organized, and providing assistance as needed.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
• A career as a lobby attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front desk agent, concierge, or even a management position in hotel operations.
