Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items following recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Minimize waste by properly handling and utilizing ingredients and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Notify supervisor of equipment malfunctions, shortages, or overages promptly.
• Assist in requisitioning and receiving supplies needed for daily production.
• Properly store, date, and rotate food items to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations (FIFO).
• Adhere to safe work practices to maintain a secure kitchen environment.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and professional demeanor.
