Job summary

Invited is hiring a Cook 1 to join our hospitality team. You will set up and execute daily prep, assist with food production, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced club kitchen.

You will work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3, ensuring consistent quality and presentation while providing excellent service to members and guests. This entry-level role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize workstation efficiently.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station, following Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other items.
• Receive and store goods purchased by kitchen as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
• Communicate with Executive/Sous Chef regarding product needs or issues with food quality or presentation.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and requests as needed.
• Support team and contribute to a positive work environment.
