Job summary

Invited in San Diego is seeking a Cook 1 to join our culinary team. You will set up and prep for your station, assist with daily production, and maintain sanitation and organization in the kitchen. You will work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 to support operations and ensure quality across menu items.

The role emphasizes willingness to learn, adherence to standards, and positive interactions with members and guests while contributing to a consistent, high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and prep tasks and organize workspace.
• Prepare and store station items per Invited standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Interact professionally with members and guests and handle requests.
• Support team and deliver the 3-step service.
• Address issues and communicate with chefs.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
