Job summary

PainCeptor is seeking a guest services associate to enhance guest experiences from signup through ongoing support. The role emphasizes friendly interaction, accurate data entry, and promoting club benefits and casino promotions.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, is highly organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior guest-facing work and a high school diploma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive guest experiences with a courteous attitude.
• Explain club card benefits and casino promotions to guests.
• Identify frequent guests and manage guest data in the system.
• Handle money and card transactions; issue comps when qualified.
• Book hotel rooms and dinner reservations; direct guests to appropriate departments.

Under the direction of Manager and Supervisor, this position’s primary mission is to create guest experiences through the players journey from the signing up of new members to supporting existing member’s needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service/people skills, has the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
• Knowledge of personal computer, typing, organizational skills, read, write and speak English.
• Ability to use electronic equipment including telephone.
• Must have extremely outgoing and caring personality.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide positive guest experiences through positive attitude.
• Understand and properly communicate the benefits and privileges of the club card and Casino promotions.
• Recognizes frequent guests.
• Recognize abuse of programs.
• Monitor promotions and awards prizes.
• Enter and update guest data into the computer.
• Operates equipment as required to complete job functions.
• Maintains positive contact with other departments.
• Inform supervisor of all pertinent information that may affect the functioning of the club.
• Box Office sales in person and over the phone.
• Handling of money and credit cards during sale transactions.
• Issue comps to guests based on qualified play.
• Booking hotel rooms and making dinner reservations in person and over the phone.
• Answer questions and direct guests to the proper department in person and over the phone.
• Telemarketing to new and existing guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
