Job summary

Northfield Park Racino in Kentucky seeks an Executive Host to maintain the casino's customer base and deliver exceptional service. You will use sound judgment to fulfill guest requests and support marketing efforts under company policies.

You will evaluate player activity to offer comps, greet guests, manage reservations in VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON systems, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 2+ years of casino operations, marketing or VIP services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate casino activity to provide incentives and authorize comps within policy.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining customer base through interactions.
  • Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out with personalized service.
  • Process reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON systems.
  • Grant marker authorization limits to eligible customers when authorized.
  • Attend events to promote marketing efforts and engage guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information per policy.
  • Resolve disputes to the satisfaction of guests and the company.
  • Comply with local laws and mandatory compliance training.

Description

It is the primary responsibility of the Executive Host to assist in maintaining the property's casino customer base while expediting processes to ensure excellent customer service. The Executive Host will use appropriate judgment to execute casino customer requests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NFP Marketing polices practices and procedures.

Schedule

In this role, you will work 3:00pm-11:00pm, Thursday through Monday.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and may have authorization to approve minimum amount of comps and allowances (i.e. room, food, beverage, event tickets, free play, airfare or discounts).
  • Assist in maintaining and developing property’s customer base through meeting and interacting with customers.
  • Ensure customers from assigned regions are greeted upon check-in & check-out and provides personalized service throughout their stay to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Process customers’ reservations by using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON management systems.
  • If authorized, grant marker authorization limits to qualifying customers.
  • Attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.
  • Maintain highly confidential customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer disputes and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Comply with all local laws, Title 31 and attends all the mandatory compliance and training sessions.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2+ Years of strong customer service and relationship-building skills to effectively support clientele and maintain an elevated guest experience. Required
  • 1+ year of sales experience Preferred
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience casino operations, casino marketing or VIP services Preferred

  • Ability to work in the fast-paced environment.
