Host- Members Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Full Time Host/Hostess to oversee dining room service and supervise staff. You will greet guests, seat them, and ensure the dining area is ready before service. You will manage reservations, assist with training, and handle guest feedback to maintain high satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of food and beverage experience, plus basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months of food and beverage experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the dining room in order prior to opening.
• Greet and seat guests and attend to guest complaints.
• Supervise opening/closing duties and staff with management guidance.
• Accept and plot reservations for members; obtain membership numbers.
• Issue guest checks and manage the log book and required reports.
• Assist in training staff and support dining room team as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and collect feedback on dining experience.
