Responsibilities

• Maintain order in dining room before opening.
• Conduct pre-meal meeting when manager is absent.
• Supervise opening/closing duties: side work, tables set, cleaning tasks.
• Greet and seat guests; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest complaints and report to management.
• Make logbook entries and required reports.
• Coordinate with guests and staff for guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training staff and dining room team.
• Assist dining room staff as needed.
• Thank guests on departure and gather feedback.
• Accept and plot reservations; collect membership numbers.
• Process specials in pre-check system with Chef.
• Manage floor diagrams, reservations, and hotel info.
• Initiate supply requisitions with management.
