Planet Fitness in the United States seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience and financial success. You will lead a team, train staff, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while managing payroll, front desk tasks, safety, and maintenance.

Essential duties include recruiting, coaching, payroll processing, member tours, and executing marketing promotions to meet revenue goals. Franchised location coverage may vary.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Strong problem resolution skills, hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff consisting of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests with superior customer service.
• Schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered.
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to PF’s values and goals.
• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll and handle HR forms to Corporate HR.
• Oversee front desk tasks: phone, member check-in, tours, and membership sign-up.
• Ensure gym opening/closing and facility cleanliness and safety.
• Manage marketing promotions and expenditures; perform daily bank deposits.
• Note: position may require working at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners.
