Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic Club Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead sales and member engagement, supervise staff, and maintain a welcoming club atmosphere. You will work with the district manager to drive growth and profitability while upholding our high customer-service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building with guests, and the ability to execute campaigns that boost memberships and community presence.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using MS Office or similar PC software

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as set forth by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club social media to enhance engagement.
• Focus on member experience with follow-up to members and prospects.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to members.
• Review club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
• Lead meetings and support staff with goal setting and performance reviews.
