Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales to achieve monthly goals.
• Engage with prospects and members to schedule tours, support retention and usage.
• Lead daily operations and ensure a clean, welcoming gym environment.
• Oversee deposits, till counts, inventory, and performance tracking.
• Develop local marketing and community outreach to strengthen brand.
