Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Little Rock is seeking a Club Manager to drive financial growth and oversee all sales operations, including Fitness Advisors and support teams. You will manage prospecting, staff training, new member sales and retention, while upholding standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and meeting revenue goals through effective staff development and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and train staff to meet club goals.
• Experience with cash handling and card transactions.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Train and motivate team daily to achieve club objectives.
• Conduct daily sales meetings to discuss performance and objectives with team.
• Recruitment, interview and train all new staff.
• Report sales activity daily.
• Ensure club meets cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Attend staff and club meetings and events.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff.
• Maintain and update sales policies and procedures.
• Understand club revenues and goals and drive growth.
• Collaborate with retention departments to promote participation.
