Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and fitness/health club operations.
• Strong track record in budgeting, revenue growth and goal attainment.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and lead club staff and managers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily sales operations and growth across multiple locations.
• Hire, train and manage Club Managers in assigned region.
• Coordinate activities of Fitness Advisors and supporting departments.
• Lead staff through performance reviews, meetings and training.
