Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Regional Club Manager to drive the daily financial growth and performance of multiple locations. You will oversee the operation, hire, train and manage Club Managers in the assigned region, and ensure execution across all departments.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight, and a hands-on approach to meeting sales and service goals while maintaining exceptional member experience. Strong staff development and management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and credit cards.
• Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays.
• Must hold CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date.
• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set and surpass sales, service and profit goals.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve club objectives.
• Conduct daily meetings to discuss performance.
• Coordinate staffing with all teams and departments.
• Assist Club Managers with recruitment, interviewing and training.
• Provide direction and monitor staff achievement.
• Respond to member concerns promptly.
• Attend staff and club meetings and events.
• Prepare and monitor annual budget for locations and departments.
• Ensure high participation in facilities through retention teams.
