Job summary

Lead daily club operations, oversee sales, marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and member experience while coaching a team and ensuring top service levels. Must have strong organization, leadership and communication skills; 1–3 years sales experience; CPR/First Aid/AED preferred and certifications obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal Training Certification a plus; CPR/First Aid/AED preferred and certifications can be obtained.
• 1–3 years of Sales experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification preferred; ability to obtain certifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Review daily sales processes with club managers and execute marketing campaigns.
• Post on club social media to enhance engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with proper follow-up to members and prospects.
• Review and maintain KPIs; analyze club reports to improve strategies and trends.
• Grow and sustain the Personal Training department; include training sessions as needed.
• Lead meetings, set goals, and complete performance evaluations with the team.
• Partner with the Lead Manager or Regional Manager to ensure club success.
