Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscape areas across our New York golf facilities. You will perform mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and landscaping tasks to uphold high playability and aesthetics.

Outdoor work, physical stamina, and adherence to safety guidelines are essential. The role involves operating equipment, collaborating with the maintenance team, and supporting club operations to ensure a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Preferred knowledge in landscape management or groundskeeping maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation systems as needed.
• Monitor turf conditions and address pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Operate powered equipment (mowers, aerators, sprayers) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and repair equipment; keep gear clean and stored properly.
• Maintain landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs; lay sod and plant vegetation as directed.
• Ensure daily tasks meet club standards and quality expectations.
