Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course's turf and landscapes, ensuring optimal playability and aesthetics. This role includes mowing, fertilizing, irrigation management, and landscape upkeep around the course and clubhouse.

You will operate mowers, aerators, and sprayers, monitor turf health, apply treatments per agronomy plans, and assist in developing new course features while upholding high club standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to plan and safety rules.
• Water turf areas, monitor moisture levels, and adjust irrigation as needed.
• Inspect turf for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and take corrective actions.
• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, aerators, and sprayers safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain and enhance landscaping around the clubhouse, including flowerbeds and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant vegetation as directed.
• Keep golf course areas, including bunkers and water hazards, debris-free.
• Assist in construction and maintenance of new course features.
