Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscapes for optimal playability and aesthetics. You will perform mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and landscape tasks while upholding club standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and a preference for knowledge in landscape management or groundskeeping. You will work outdoors, operate and maintain equipment, and contribute to a well-kept golf facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Preferred knowledge in landscape management/groundskeeping operations.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to safety protocols and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain proper height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal moisture levels.
• Monitor turf conditions for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies; take corrective actions.
• Operate powered equipment safely (mowers, aerators, sprayers) and perform routine maintenance.
• Keep equipment clean, well-maintained, and properly stored.
• Maintain and enhance landscaping around clubhouse (flowerbeds, shrubs, trees).
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant new vegetation as directed.
• Ensure course areas (paths, bunkers, water hazards) are clean and in good condition.
