Job summary

Invited is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscape areas of the golf course, ensuring top playability and aesthetics. The role involves mowing, fertilizing, irrigation, and routine maintenance while upholding club standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring turf health, applying chemicals safely, and supporting landscape projects around the clubhouse. Outdoor, physical work with varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred: knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas and adjust irrigation as needed.
• Monitor turf conditions for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies and take corrective actions.
• Operate powered equipment (mowers, aerators, sprayers) safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain landscaping around clubhouse (flowers, shrubs, trees).
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs for healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant new vegetation as directed.
• Ensure areas are free of debris and meet club standards.
