Job summary

Invited invites applicants to join its groundskeeping team responsible for maintaining the golf course and surrounding landscapes at our clubs. The Groundskeeper will operate mowing and grounds equipment, perform soil preparation, plantings, sod installation, and general landscape maintenance in outdoor settings.

Primary duties include tree trimming, shrub cultivation, and ensuring club standards are met daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior knowledge in landscape management, greenhouse operations, or groundskeeping maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered equipment for mowing and maintaining facility grounds.
• Water and fertilize greenery around the facility to promote healthy growth.
• Grade and prepare soil, lay sod, plant vegetative material, and seed as required.
• Trim trees, prune shrubbery, and cultivate shrubs and flowers to maintain landscape aesthetics.
• Complete daily assignments to meet Club standards and align star service focus expectations, ensuring areas are free of trash and debris.
