Gold's Gym in Austin, Texas, seeks an energetic Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and oversee daily gym operations, including hiring, training, and engaging staff and customers. You will help manage profitability, member experience, and the gym’s social presence in alignment with our mission.

You will lead fitness teams, onboard trainers, supervise scheduling and certifications, and ensure a high standard of service on the gym floor.

Responsibilities

• Club operations support to optimize member experience and profitability.
• Oversee fitness team members, including personal trainers and group instructors.
• Engage with members on the gym floor, addressing needs and feedback.
• Lead multi-tasking efforts to ensure safety, maintenance and smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the gym's success.
