24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Temporary General Manager to drive membership growth, revenue, and club operations. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional member experiences, and achieve ambitious sales goals while maintaining a culture of accountability and success.

Your leadership will cultivate a welcoming club environment, pursue growth initiatives, and ensure operations run smoothly to exceed targets and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development
• Strong service culture and leadership to drive member initiatives

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail and revenue streams beyond targets
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and lead team with clear objectives and accountability
• Foster welcoming, community-focused club environment
• Oversee daily club operations, maintenance, and safety
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize profitability
• Engage with local community and represent the gym at events
• Develop member retention programs and incentives
• Ensure policy adherence and safety standards
• Maintain club schedule to align with peak hours
