Esplanade at Solaeris, Port Saint Lucie, FL, seeks a General Manager to lead all club operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance. You will oversee budgets, staff development, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

As part of Troon, you will foster a service‑driven culture, mentor department heads, and collaborate on marketing, membership, and community initiatives to grow the club’s programs and its reputation.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in hospitality/operations.
• CAM or LCAM certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all club operations, delivering exceptional member and guest service.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and key financial metrics to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead and mentor department leaders; oversee performance, onboarding, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, HR procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, appearance, and long‑term planning of club facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with department leaders to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, membership, and community engagement initiatives to promote club programs and growth.
• Foster a collaborative, service‑focused culture while building relationships with members, guests, associates, vendors, and the local community.
• Directly supervise department leaders.
• Maintain involvement in industry organizations and pursue ongoing professional development.
