Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• PGA/LPGA Class A membership or eligibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all club operations.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets and KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and planning of club facilities and assets.
• Collaborate across golf operations, F&B, agronomy, tournaments, and amenities.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, membership, and community engagement.
• Foster a service-focused culture and strong relationships with stakeholders.
