Job summary

Ron Jaworski Golf is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Valleybrook Country Club in Blackwood, NJ. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver memorable guest experiences across weddings, golf outings, and on-site events.

You will develop menus, manage budgets, and lead a team to ensure top service while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. A path for growth and employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Food & Beverage management diploma preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in front and back of house positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and ensure guest satisfaction for events, banquets, and daily service.
• Develop and price menus for pubs, banquets, and special events to optimize revenue.
• Manage budgets, costs, and payroll to achieve target profitability.
• Coordinate with weddings, golf outings, and corporate meetings to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff; enforce safety and sanitation standards.
