Hartefeld National Golf Club in Avondale, PA seeks a General Manager to lead the club’s strategy, operations, and membership growth. You will drive financial performance, inspire a high-caliber team, and communicate with the Regional team to align on goals.

The role requires a proven track record in club/hospitality management, budgeting, and stakeholder relations, with a focus on member experience, service standards, and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of club management, hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year budgeting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications in food safety or STAR programs preferred.
• Discretion with confidential member and employee data.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business and financial plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics to meet revenue targets and optimize performance.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across operations.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate department heads.
• Oversee sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies aligned with plans.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and financial obligations are met.
• Foster member relationships and maintain high-quality facilities.
• Promote a respectful, motivating work environment focused on member satisfaction.
