Job summary

Useless Bay Golf and Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized Member Services Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for members, guests and team members. The role is part-time with potential to become full-time, supporting front desk, reservations and basic accounting tasks.

The position includes managing calls, greeting visitors, assisting with dining reservations, and providing administrative support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to members, guests and visitors.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.
• Assist members with general Club questions and dining reservations.
• Manage dining reservations and inquiries in collaboration with the Club Host.
• Maintain a professional, organized reception and lobby area.
• Support member records and routine administrative updates.
• Provide administrative support to Member Services and Club management.
• Process member billing and account-related administrative tasks as trained.
