Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or related experience and training.
• Experience in hospitality supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and wage/hour regulations strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-visibility presence on the floor with members and staff.
• Hire, train, and develop front-line staff and supervisors.
• Set and maintain service standards for all restaurant and beverage staff.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and audit payroll in collaboration with the Clubhouse Manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and relevant laws; address violations as needed.
