Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Lead Facility Operations at our Austin club to oversee the Operations department and uphold Life Time’s cleanliness standards. You will lead the team, coordinate training and scheduling, and work with the General Manager on staffing and budget.

Responsibilities include supervising locker rooms and fitness areas, coaching up to 30 team members, conducting staff orientation and feedback, recruiting for operations, and ensuring payroll costs stay within budget while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED within 30 days.
• CPO license within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and work in a club environment.
• Advanced computer and office software skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas cleanliness at all times.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 30 team members.
• Responsible for staff training through orientation, direction and feedback.
• Recruit for Operations and advise GM on hiring and promotions.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly/annual department budget and submit reports.
• Process operations payroll and manage labor costs within budget.
