The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is seeking a diligent maintenance professional to care for the entire facility, including building structure and all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will oversee energy management and preventative maintenance programs while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Ideal candidates demonstrate outstanding customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the facility including building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Conducts walk-throughs to ensure safe, efficient operation of the location.
• Verifies routine maintenance and completes repairs and renovations as needed.
• Maintains energy management and preventative maintenance programs.
• Drives guest relations by ensuring a pleasant visit and addressing needs.
• Attends meetings and participates in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
