Arcis Golf is seeking a dedicated maintenance associate to oversee the facility's physical building and systems at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge in Snoqualmie, WA. The role involves conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and ensuring effective maintenance programs. Candidates must have strong organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
The position offers a pay range of $17.13 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience. Flexibility with schedule is required including weekend work.
The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge - Snoqualmie, WA
Maintain entire facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
Conducts walk-throughs and visually assesses the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the location, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment. Verifies completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, outlets, back of the house spaces, and grounds. Verifies completion of all repairs, replacement, and renovation projects in all areas. Maintains effective Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs and conducts special training for other operating departments on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy. Performs necessary repairs and maintenance. Actively trains in fire prevention, environmental health and safety, and engineering systems. Attends all meetings regarding hotel operations, i.e., department, fire, safety, health and quality improvement. Attend morning walk around as required. Maintains cleanliness and neatness of fitness equipment and facility. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. Performs special projects delegated by management. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

Demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new engineering programs, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, move, jump, stand and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel. The associate frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to sit; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Pay Range: $17.13 - $30.00
