Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is seeking a Club Director to lead daily operations, staff, and member experiences at Pawl Club. You will promote safety, program quality, and community partnerships while guiding youth to reach their full potential.

The role requires at least two years of leadership in youth development, strong communication, and budget awareness. The Club Director partners with families, schools, and supporters to deliver high-impact programs and an engaging Club environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in youth development, education, recreation, nonprofit, or a related field.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Club while maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, coach, and develop Club staff; foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure high-quality programs aligned with priorities and youth development outcomes; monitor participation and engagement.
• Develop strategies to recruit, retain, and re-engage youth and families; build partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Monitor performance via attendance, safety, and youth outcomes; support budget management and reporting.
• Build meaningful relationships with youth; promote safety, leadership, healthy lifestyles, and academic success.
