Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up side station and prep work.
• Provide attentive service to members and guests.
• Take orders and communicate kitchen instructions.
• Present menus and wine options; suggest daily specials.
• Ensure accurate billing and handling of charges.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and bus station areas.
• Clear and reset tables after each course and assist with closing duties.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by management.
