You will coordinate staff, manage shift coverage, and support a high-energy club environment, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining club standards.

Qualifications

• Member Services staff must exhibit exceptional member service and follow current procedures.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to handle intermittent heavy phone volume.
• Efficient, well-organized and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Strong background in problem solving, selling and quality service skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience leading a shift or as a MOD preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.
• Ability to work in a multi-faceted organization.
• Professional image through dress, posture and poise.
• Assertive with outgoing personality.
• Minimum age 18.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to provide Club operational oversight during daily club opening and closing hours.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• $20.25 - $22.50 hourly rate of pay, based on relevant experience to the role.
• 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.
