Job summary

Eastern Carver County Schools is seeking a Club Care Assistant for Chanhassen Elementary to support students before and after school. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 6:30am–8:30am and 1:00pm–6:00pm, year-round, with a starting rate of $22.66/hr (Tier 4).

The role includes caring for students, guiding paraprofessionals, and assisting in activities. A $500 hiring bonus upon probation completion and a $250 referral bonus are offered; pre-employment background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain).
• Experience working with elementary aged children.

Responsibilities

Position Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 6:30am - 8:30am & 1:00pm - 6:00pm; Year-Round

Salary: $22.66/hr. (Tier 4)

*An extra $31.49/day will be earned when working a split shift on student contact days*

Responsible To: Child Care Specialist and Director of Community Education

$500 Hiring Bonus: One-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period(120 days)

Benefits of Employment: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
