Spring Run Golf Club is seeking a bartender to provide beverage service with a friendly ambience for members and guests. You will mix cocktails, serve wine and beer, take orders from members or wait staff, and maintain a clean bar area while following health and safety standards.

Requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of wine and beer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to learn the Northstar POS system. Knowledge of Florida liquor laws (TIPS) is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience.
• Knowledge of draft and bottled beers.
• Knowledge of red and white wines.
• Able to assist with monthly inventory.
• Know and comply with Florida state liquor laws (TIPS).
• Must learn Northstar POS System.

Responsabilidades

• Provide beverage service and friendly ambience to Spring Run Golf Club Members/Guests.
• Mix drinks, serve wine and beer, and take orders from Members/Guests or Wait Staff.
• Prepare garnishes and maintain bar display; replace bar snacks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and liquor regulations.
• Attend bar and assist wait staff when necessary; maintain neat, clean bar area.
• Receive, count and put away liquor, wine and beer orders; stock per par inventory.
