Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Experience: minimum 3 years in private club, hotel, or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of wine and trends including craft beer and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and address them by name; take drink orders quickly.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages per club recipes.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional interaction with members and guests.
• Attend bar and ensure proper setup, stocking, and inventory.
• Input orders into POS; manage wine/beverage pairings and events.
