Dodge County is seeking a dedicated case manager to work with clients and families to address needs, assess situations, and develop individualized service plans. The role involves coordinating access to services, protecting clients, and maintaining detailed case records.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree in a related field and at least two years of case management experience, with knowledge of Wisconsin regulations and strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams.
