EP!C is seeking a dedicated professional to mentor and train Direct Support Professionals, aligning with the agency's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and QIDP to coach DSPs in their roles and promote best practices in developmental disability services.

The role emphasizes leadership in staff development, adherence to policies, and applying community‑based learning and positive behavioral approaches to support people served.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license or State ID required.
• Experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
• One year of experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Skill in coaching and training adult learners.
• Ability to effectively present information one‑to‑one and in small groups.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and assist in orientation and training of newly hired staff and Team Leads.
• Coach Director Support Professionals in their roles with DSPs and communities.
• Model and teach community‑based learning initiatives and positive behavioral approaches.
