CLS Connect in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our onsite team. You will perform and oversee high‑complexity molecular testing, including DNA extraction, sample preparation, and NGS workflows.

You must hold a California CLS license (Generalist or CGMBS), have a strong background in molecular diagnostics, and be prepared to support laboratory build‑out, process improvements, and regulatory compliance. Mon-Fri, no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Active California CLS license as Generalist or CGMBS.
• Minimum 3 years in molecular diagnostics or high-complexity CLIA labs.
• Experience establishing or scaling NGS-based clinical testing.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee high-complexity molecular testing, including DNA extraction, sample preparation, and NGS workflows.
• Review and verify test results according to laboratory SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure CLIA, CAP, and California Department of Public Health regulations compliance.
• Support scaling and optimization of high-throughput laboratory workflows.
