Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC seeks a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) Implementation Specialist in Charleston, West Virginia. Lead governance, strategy, and adoption across cloud platforms to drive enterprise-wide efficiency and security.

Develop and implement cloud training, manage organizational change, and serve as the bridge between IT operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable cloud delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT leadership or project management focused on cloud transformation.
• 3+ years defining cloud governance, strategy and best practices.
• 2+ years in organizational change management and staff training.
• Strong communication and diplomacy to bridge IT, security and business units.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Governance & Strategy: Define enterprise-wide adoption frameworks, guardrails and standards.
• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and cloud training programs.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Communicate between IT operations, security, and business stakeholders.
• Operations & Requests: Review and process public cloud account and infrastructure requests while enforcing security policies.
